PLACING AN ORDER

When you add an item to your cart, you may either continue shopping or proceed to the checkout. Orders with a relevant coupon code must enter this code during checkout and before payment is processed for the code and resulting discount to be applied. Prices on completed orders are final and binding, no adjustments will be made due to sales or promotions post order.
Once your order is received, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is not an order confirmation but rather recognition your requested order has been received. Please note that this does not guarantee the availability of the merchandise and that all orders are subject to availability. Although every effort is made to feature in stock pieces, occasionally certain items may sell out before the site can be updated. If your order is unable to be completed you will be notified via email within 3 business days and will not be charged for orders or items that cannot be fulfilled.
Once your order has been placed it is not possible for you to modify or cancel your order. Please email cassandra@ttereve.com immediately and every attempt will be made to accommodate your request. If your order has already shipped it is not possible to cancel your order and you must follow returns directions as stated below.
Your order may be declined in the event it is not possible to obtain authorization of payment or the item is not in stock.
Items in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other clients. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of many pieces, availability to re-create similar pieces is limited, although custom orders and requests are welcomed.


PAYMENT

You can purchase items with a credit/debit card via PayPal (a secure online financial service). You do not need to have a PayPal account to process your order. PayPal is the only payment method accepted at this time. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon order confirmation. In the event you choose to pay with an "e-check" via PayPal, your order will not be shipped until PayPal has cleared your payment. This usually takes 3-5 business days and is entirely at PayPal's discretion. In filling out the payment requirements, you confirm that you are an authorized user of the credit/debit card and/or PayPal account. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If PayPal or the issuer of the credit/debit card rejects authorization of payment to Ttereve you release any liability for any delay or non-delivery.
Ttereve does not charge sales tax for orders delivered in the United States. For international orders any customs duties, taxes, fees, etc that are charged upon delivery are your responsibility and are not reflected in your order or shipping charges. For any additional information refer to your local customs agency.


LEAD TIMES

Most ready made items and in stock orders ship within 2-3 business days of payment. Custom made orders will ship according to their estimated completion date as agreed upon or as listed in product information.


SHIPPING

Orders are packaged with great care, using eco-friendly gift boxes, and arrive ready for gift-giving. All items will arrive in one gift box unless otherwise requested. You may also request a free card, with the message of your choice, in the case of shipping directly to a gift recipient. Recycled materials are used for additional padding whenever possible.
*In the unlikely event your item arrives with damages received during shipment you must email cassandra@ttereve.com with detailed pictures of your damaged packaging and close-ups of the damage incurred to the jewelry within 48 hours. Depending on the situation, partial refunds, returns or exchanges will be discussed.
Please verify your shipping address is current and correct. Orders shipping to incorrect addresses due to customer error are not eligible for refunds.
Orders are shipped via USPS with delivery confirmation (tracking is only available for domestic shipments).
International shipping is available with certain restrictions. International shipments lost in transit are not eligible for refunds. Any customs duties, taxes, fees, etc that are charged upon delivery are your responsibility and are not reflected in shipping charges. For any additional information refer to your local customs agency.
*At no time will customs forms be forged to show a lesser value than full purchase price or labeled as something other than the real contents; to comply with postal laws and regulations.


RETURNS / EXCHANGES

Customer satisfaction is extremely important. Ttereve’s jewelry is constructed with carefully selected, quality stones, metals and findings. Great care and lots of time and attention to detail goes into crafting each piece of jewelry. Please study the item description and pictures carefully as pieces are as accurately described and represented as possible. Photos are taken in natural light or light that simulates natural light and colors may vary slightly due to discrepancies in computer monitors. Some stones may vary slightly from the stock picture but each Ttereve stone is handpicked for beauty and quality.
Items may be returned or exchanged with certain restrictions.
Custom orders are non-refundable.
International orders are final sale and not eligible for refunds.
Prices at the time of purchase are final, no refunds or exchanges will be offered on the basis of price changes, sales or promotions.
Returns are accepted only for purchases made from this online shop. Ttereve jewelry purchased through any retailer must be returned to the store from which it was purchased and are subject to the retailer’s individual store policy.
Returns of gift orders are only accepted from the original purchaser.
Items may be exchanged or returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Email cassandra@ttereve.com to request a return authorization number. No exchanges or returns will be accepted without a return authorization number. This number should be included inside your returned package along with your name and email. Items must be unworn, returned in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received your order. You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping and insurance is recommended as items lost during return shipment are not eligible for refunds. Please include ample padding to protect your item during shipment as items arriving damaged due to inadequate packing are not eligible for refunds. Once the item is received and passes inspection a refund minus the cost of the original shipping to you (there is no refund for shipping / handling charges, orders with free shipping will have the cost of shipping deducted from the items price) will be issued within 7 business days. In the event you would like to exchange your item the particulars can be discussed in your email requesting a return authorization number.


REPAIR POLICY

Ttereve’s jewelry, the merchandise on this site, is sold, offered and delivered on an “as-is” basis without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.
Ttereve offers repairs due to user wear, production fault, lost earring mates, or any other alteration to a piece of Ttereve jewelry. Repairs may incur a charge; each repair request is handled on a case by case basis. Elective repairs, such as ring resizing or chain lengthening, or errors by the customer typically involve a reasonable charge. This charge includes a service charge for time, plus the cost of additional materials and shipping. These requests / repairs are at the owner’s expense and will be agreed upon in writing and paid in advance.
Most stones are one-of-a-kind, and although every reasonable attempt is made to accommodate your request, it may not be possible to obtain matches for lost earrings or replacements for broken pieces.
Ttereve stands behind the quality of its jewelry, when general care guidelines are followed, and aims to make the process of adjustments or repairs affordable and accessible so you may continue enjoying your purchase now and in the future.
To make a repair / alteration request, please email cassandra@ttereve.com for a repair authorization number and quote. Items cannot be accepted for a repair without an authorization number and completed payment. Please note that you are responsible to package your item carefully and ship it with ample insurance to insure it arrives safely. Repairs typically require 2-6 weeks to complete.
